Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. About Us
Welcome to PrintOn2.
PrintOn2 is a trading name of Worldwide Referee Supplies. Throughout these Terms, “PrintOn2”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Worldwide Referee Supplies trading as PrintOn2.
These Terms of Service apply when you use our website, contact us for a quotation, place an order with us or purchase products or services from us.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to provide our website and related online services.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies referred to on our website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
2. Our Products and Services
PrintOn2 provides custom garment printing and related services for individuals, sports clubs, teams, businesses, organisations, events and other customers.
Depending on your order, we may supply the garments to be printed or you may provide your own garments for printing.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, garments, colours, printing and finished work. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, garments, materials and finished printed products.
Minor variations that are normal within garment manufacturing and printing processes will not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Quotations and Orders
A quotation or estimate provided by PrintOn2 does not constitute acceptance of an order unless we confirm otherwise.
Before production begins, we may confirm details including garment type, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork, print positions, deadlines, delivery or collection arrangements and price.
It is your responsibility to check that the information supplied to us is correct.
Once an order has been confirmed and production or preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Where work has already begun or costs have already been incurred, reasonable charges may apply reflecting the work undertaken and costs incurred.
4. Custom and Personalised Products
Many products supplied by PrintOn2 are made, printed or personalised specifically to a customer's requirements.
Where goods are genuinely personalised or made to a customer's specification, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation or return rights may not apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
5. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Designs
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, designs or other material you provide to us for printing.
By supplying artwork or other material to PrintOn2, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce and use the material for your order.
We may refuse to print material where we reasonably believe that doing so could infringe another person's intellectual property rights, breach the law, or contain material we consider unlawful or inappropriate.
Where necessary, artwork may be adjusted or prepared to make it suitable for printing. We will endeavour to preserve the intended appearance of the supplied artwork.
6. Artwork Approval
Where we provide a proof, mock-up or other artwork approval before production, you are responsible for checking it carefully.
This includes checking, where applicable, spelling, names, numbers, colours, positioning, sizes, logos and other design details.
Once you approve artwork for production, we will normally produce the order based on that approval.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
7. Customer-Supplied Garments
PrintOn2 may accept garments supplied by customers for printing.
We will assess garments for suitability where reasonably possible before printing. However, different fabrics, coatings, treatments, garment construction and previous wear can affect how a garment responds to the printing and heat application process.
We may decline to print a garment if we believe it is unsuitable for our printing process.
If a problem occurs with a customer-supplied garment as a direct result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill, please contact us and we will assess the circumstances and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices will be confirmed through our website, quotation, invoice, order confirmation or other communication with you.
Unless otherwise stated, any applicable delivery charges or other agreed costs will be confirmed before the order is finalised.
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the type and size of order.
Where payment is required before production, we are not required to begin production until the required payment has been received.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or quotation errors before accepting an order.
9. Production Times and Deadlines
Any production or completion times we provide are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific deadline with you.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales.
Production times may be affected by garment availability, artwork approval, order changes, supplier delays, delivery services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you require an order for a specific event or date, please tell us before confirming the order so that we can confirm whether the timescale is achievable.
10. Delivery and Collection
Orders may be collected or delivered where agreed.
Where delivery is arranged, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Customers should provide accurate delivery information. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged where reasonable.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue.
Photographs may help us assess the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your applicable legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, reprinting, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Because many PrintOn2 products are customised or personalised, they may not be eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights where goods or services do not meet applicable legal requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
The PrintOn2 website and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to PrintOn2 unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or commercially use our website content or branding without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party logos, designs and artwork shown in examples of completed work remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Privacy
Personal information provided to PrintOn2 is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website is hosted by Shopify, and Shopify may process certain information required to provide the website and ecommerce services.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
15. Website Use
You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material, attempt unauthorised access to the website or associated systems, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or systems.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including Shopify and other service providers.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that are outside our control.
Any third-party service you choose to use may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
17. Shopify
PrintOn2's online store is powered by Shopify.
Purchases from PrintOn2 are transactions between you and Worldwide Referee Supplies trading as PrintOn2. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of PrintOn2 products or printing services.
18. Liability and Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights as a consumer, where applicable.
Consumer goods must meet the standards required by applicable law, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
For business customers, any liability will be subject to applicable law and the terms specifically agreed for the relevant order.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control except where applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where this results from events outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, supplier failure, equipment failure that could not reasonably have been anticipated, power or telecommunications disruption, industrial disputes, government action or other comparable circumstances.
Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimise disruption.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already agreed unless required by law or agreed with you.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws applicable in Scotland, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any protection provided by applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
